1. Write your congress representatives. Here is a letter that you can use. But also feel free to add your own thoughts/comments/facts. To make things even easier we provide a link to your representatives email address in step 2.
   

   Dear Congressman,
   
   I am writing to let you know that I support the development of hydrogen and wind technology as viable, intelligent alternative to fossil fuels. Research to date has shown the superiority of these energy sources over fossil fuels in nearly every important area, including being environmentally beneficial, infinitely renewable and available without reliance on foreign sources. Development of this technology will not only create jobs domestically but will also result in a technology/product we can export to other countries, opening the way for a true global clean energy economy. In additional, this will enhance the image of America as a country committed to a better quality of life for people everywhere.
